One of our favorite trends right now is the vest (also known as: the sleeveless jacket). Now that Fall is right around the corner, we’ve been loving the layered look. Vests come in all shapes and sizes, and there’s not a type that isn’t in style right now: long, short, fitted, oversized, cropped, leather, fur, military inspired, printed, pockets, collars—and so on, and so on. Okay, now on to how to style them:
« Classic: Wear your favorite leather vest over a graphic tee, and throw on some distressed denim.
« Menswear-inspired: Layer a tuxedo-esque vest over a button-down.
« Preppy: Throw a distressed denim vest over your favorite flannel.
« Feminine: Layer a fur vest over a chunky knit sweater.
« Comfy: Toss on a knit vest over a basic tee for a comfy, off-duty look.
And if all else fails—layer, layer, layer!
