What is your return policy? 
The following is our updated return policy in effect for all orders placed April 3, 2020 onwards:  
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date the package arrives to send the item back to us.   A refund will be issued in the original form of payment for all returns that meet the return requirements.
We do not do price adjustments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
For orders placed prior to April 3, 2020 please reference the below: 
If you are unhappy with your purchase, send it back to us free of charge! We will take back any regular price item we receive within 21 days of the original purchase date. A refund will be issued for all returns that meet the return requirements.
Any returns received more than 21 days from the original ship date are ineligible for return or store credit and will be automatically re-shipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.
 
What are your Return Requirements? 
Items must be returned in their original, new, unworn and unwashed condition with all Soca and designer tags still attached.
Intimates, Leggings,  Apothecary, Beauty Products, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Sunglasses, Candles, Hair Accessories, Hats, Jewelry, Footwear, and Handbags are Final Sale.  All Items that have been marked down are Final Sale.  All Gift Cards are Final Sale.
 
Please carefully package your item(s).  If items are carelessly packed and damaged as a result  they will not be accepted. Soca Clothing is not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Please make sure that the item(s) you are returning meet the criteria of our return policy. Returns that do meet our policy or are unauthorized will not be accepted, but we will contact you and give you the option to have it shipped back to you for $10.
 
What are your Shipping Rates? 
Orders are processed Monday- Friday and take 1-2 business days to process.  We ship via UPS and USPS Flat Rate Standard Shipping.
We offer Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more, after discounts and promotions are applied and before sales tax. For orders less than $200 a shipping & handling fee of $8.95 will be applied to your order OR you can select a UPS shipping option for additional charges.  Please note that Next Day Air shipments received after 3 pm CST will go out the following day.  
We do not ship outside the US.
Please note that SOCA only ships to the lower 48 states.  
In-Store Pickup
We offer free In-Store Pickup as an option for our local Birmingham, AL customers. Simply select In-Store Pickup at Checkout and one of our store associates will give you a phone call when it’s ready.  Bring a copy of your order, the credit card used for purchase and a photo ID to the store to pick up your order. Orders will be held for 7 days. In Store Pick Up orders are eligible for returns within 14 days of the date the customer is notified that the order is ready.
*We will hold purchased items for 45 days and after 45 days we will return those items to inventory without a refund.
 
How do I Make A Return? 
Simply respond to your Order Confirmation Email stating the item you would like to return and the reason for return. We will then email you a shipping label. 
You will receive a refund once we receive the returned item(s). The refund will be issued according to the original method of payment. Processing refunds typically takes 2-3 business days from the time we receive your return. There is a $8.95 shipping and handling charge for returns. 
Online purchases may be returned to our Birmingham store location.  Refunds will be processed via our website to the original form of payment. 
 
What do I do if I Receive a Damaged Item in my Order? 
Damaged items must be reported within two days of your order arriving.  Please email socaorders@gmail.com  with a picture and explanation of the damages. We will do our best to reply within 24 hours to help resolve the issue. 
 
Why set up an account?
We encourage accounts to be set up to make your online shopping experience easier in case there are issues with your order. You will not be added to a mailing list by setting up an account, unless you choose to do so.
What is your In-Store Return Policy?
Customers have 14 days to return for refund or exchange. After 14 days and up to 21 days after purchase, customers may receive a store credit.  We do not do price adjustments. Items must be returned in their original, new, unworn and unwashed condition with all Soca and designer tags still attached and receipt must be present.  to receive STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE ONLY. 
Intimates, Apothecary &  Beauty Products that have been opened, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Hair Accessories, Footwear, Hats are Final Sale. All Items that have been marked down are Final Sale.  All Gift Cards are Final Sale.
