What. A. Weekend. From mingling with the best of Birmingham’s influencers, top customers and friends and family at our V.I.P. Launch Party on Thursday evening, to getting all Dahled up for GNO on Friday with sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres, to a sunny Saturday filled with puppies and mimosas (no, really!), it’s safe to say that the Grand Opening Weekend of our Bella Dahl Shop in Shop was a success. In case you missed it (or are just itching to relive all the fun!), we’re detailing ALL the high points below of our favorite night: the V.I.P. Launch Party of Soca X Bella Dahl.

The Food
Saw’s BBQ provided platters of delicious sliders for our guests to munch on Thursday evening. Saw’s is a staple of the Birmingham area, so we were thrilled to share a little Southern hospitality with both our west coast friends from Bella Dahl and our local VIP’s.

The Light Bites + Flowers
The Pantry by Stone Hollow Farmstead provided an irresistible spread of locally sourced light bites
—both sweet and savory
—for the event, as well as beautiful flower arrangements to set the scene. Between dulce de leche and mounds of fresh French goat cheese, certainly no one left hungry!

The Music
Birmingham favorite DJ CoCo provided music to set the tone of the evening under a string-lighted tent where friends and family gathered to celebrate and mingle.

The Scene
Is it really a party without a stylish vintage furniture setup? VIPs were invited to relax on some of Prophouse’s chic velvet chaises while settling in with a cocktail.

The Drinks
Speaking of cocktails, Tito’s Handmade Vodka provided refreshments for our guests all evening long, including two signature cocktails for the occasion: Cucumber Basil and Blueberry Smash.

The Glam
Our beautiful host of the evening, Danielle Maltby (who you might recognize from The Bachelor!) got all 'Dahled' up with the team of pros from The Glow App, styled a chic Bella Dahl jumpsuit, and mingled around the party with guests all night.

The Team
In a marriage of two greats, the West Coast and East Coast met to make this event truly spectacular. The West Coast Bella Dahl team came supercharged with the energy and effortless style of California while the East Coast Soca team met the undertaking with fresh ideas and its signature Southern hospitality to make guests feel right at home.

Soca invited top customers along with friends and family from the area to celebrate the occasion.

The Influencers
Soca and Bella Dahl partnered with the top influencers from Birmingham to promote the event, dressed them from head to toe in Bella Dahl, and provided amazing swag bags.

The Cause
Proceeds of all Bella Dahl purchases from the entire weekend benefitted Hand in Paw, an organization which is near and dear to our hearts! They even made an appearance on Saturday with their adorable puppy Kissing Booth to support the cause. You can read all about Hand In Paw’s cause in our blog post here.
